Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. If an item arrives defective, see our Return & Refund policy.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 1 to 7 business days in Peninsular Malaysia and 1 to 14 business days in East Malaysia.
Do you ship to East Malaysia?
Yes, in 1 to 14 business days. We ship within Malaysia only.
How do I return a defective item?
Test the item within 14 days of delivery and keep it unused in its original packaging. Contact us at sales@propappa.com or WhatsApp 012-298 2199, then send it back as a whole set. See the Return & Refund policy.
How does the warranty work?
It starts on the day you receive the product and covers the motor and panel parts. Send proof of the defect and return the item with your Order ID. See the Warranty policy.
