Buying

Products are sold through our shops on Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada. Each purchase follows that marketplace's checkout and terms.

Please choose the right product, colour and quantity before paying. We cannot change an order once it is confirmed and are not liable for a wrong colour or a duplicate order.

Give your full, correct address and mobile number. Incomplete details delay delivery, and a re-delivery fee applies if a parcel is returned.

Products may look slightly different on your screen. Descriptions, prices and availability may contain errors, which we may correct without notice. If you are not satisfied with a product, see our Return & Refund policy.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Propappa harmless from any claims, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the site.

Termination
