Return & refund policy

Defective items only

You can return a product that arrives defective. Returned goods are checked against the receipt and must be in good condition, in the original packaging and shipping box. Goods used or damaged by the customer are not refunded.

Conditions

• Test the item within 14 days of delivery: plug it in and check that it works. Using the product voids the return and exchange.
• Packaging and product must be in their original condition: unused, unmarked and not defaced.
• Items bought as a set or multi-pack are returned as a whole set.
• Items stated as non-returnable or non-exchangeable cannot be returned.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. Propappa is not responsible for parcels lost on the way back.

Refund

Once we have checked and confirmed the goods, your refund arrives within 7 working days, not counting weekends and public holidays.
