Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend are processed the next business day.

Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days of receiving them.

Delivery time

Standard delivery:

• Peninsular Malaysia: 1 to 7 business days.
• East Malaysia: 1 to 14 business days.
• Promotions, holidays and extreme weather can add time.

Shipping fee

The fee depends on the weight, size and destination of your order. You see the final fee at checkout on Shopee, TikTok Shop or Lazada before you pay.

Couriers

Shopee Express, Flash Express and other couriers in Malaysia.

Coverage

Malaysia only. We cannot ship outside Malaysia yet.

Tracking

Once the courier collects your parcel, a tracking code is available for your order.
